Travel OT Home Health jobs in St Paul, MN offer a 13‑week assignment with 8‑hour days Monday to Friday and 5–6 visits per day. You will provide occupational therapy to the geriatric population in home health settings, with 5% outpatient duties. This role requires a Minnesota OT license and experience with geriatric clients; home health experience is preferred but not required. Documentation is completed in Homecare Home Base for home health and Optima/Nethealth for outpatient.

Responsibilities

Deliver occupational therapy services to geriatric patients in their homes.

Conduct 5–6 home visits per day on an 8‑hour day schedule.

Provide a small portion of outpatient duties (approximately 5%).

Document patient care in Homecare Home Base (home health) and Optima/Nethealth (outpatient).

Maintain professional Minnesota OT license throughout the assignment.

Qualifications

Licensed Occupational Therapist in Minnesota (OT‑MN).

Minimum of 1 reference from entire work history.

Experience with geriatric clients; home health experience preferred.

Ability to work independently on a travel assignment for 13 weeks.
