Job Description
Providing basic care and assistance to patients during therapy sessions.
Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Transporting patients to and from treatment areas.
Following instructions from therapists and other healthcare professionals.
Working as part of a team to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
Assisting patients with transfers, mobility, and exercises as directed by therapists.
Monitoring patients’ conditions and reporting any changes to the supervising therapist.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
1+ years of experience in a medical environment, ideally in a physical or occupational therapy department.
Team player attitude with a focus on excellent customer service.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Caring nature and genuine interest in helping people.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Bilingual is a plus.
