Role Overviews
Psychologist:
The psychologist will provide initial comprehensive psychological evaluations, as well as both structured and eclectic psychotherapy to adult and/or child and adolescent clients within a collaborative and integrative care model. Familiarity and comfort discussing both ketamine treatments and psychedelics generally is encouraged.
Neuropsychologist:
The neuropsychologists will provide outpatient neuropsychological assessment, diagnostic formulation, feedback, and treatment planning. The position includes interdisciplinary consultation and opportunities to participate in program development.
Responsibilities
Psychologist:
Conduct initial comprehensive evaluations
Develop individualized treatment plans that consider lifestyle, stress, trauma, history, and other holistic factors
Provide evidence‑based psychotherapy
Collaborate with prescribing clinicians where relevant
Guide clients through structured treatment plans centered upon time‑based goals emphasizing empowerment and holistic lifestyle balance
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
Participate in case consultation and team collaboration as the practice grows
Neuropsychologist:
Conduct comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations (testing, scoring, interpretation, written reports) across lifespan or specified age group
Provide diagnostic impressions and feedback sessions to patients/families and referring clinicians
Develop individualized recommendations for cognitive rehabilitation, school/work accommodations, and treatment planning
Provide brief targeted neuropsychological interventions and consultative follow‑up as indicated
Maintain timely documentation, billing compliance, and quality metrics
Qualifications
Psychologist:
Active New York state license (and others where relevant)
Experience delivering care
Comfort with diagnostic assessment
Comfortable providing care via telehealth
Neuropsychologist:
Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology with formal training in neuropsychology; license to practice in New York (or eligible for licensure within hiring timeframe, also other states if relevant)
Board eligibility/certification in clinical neuropsychology (ABPP)
Demonstrated expertise administering and interpreting standardized neuropsychological batteries
Experience with computerized testing
eurocognitive batteries and tele‑neuropsychology
