Responsibilities Of The Physical Therapist (PT)
Perform comprehensive new‑patient evaluations and physical exams
Plan, prepare, and administer skilled PT treatment plans aligned with referrals, physician orders, and evidence‑based standards
Measure, track, and document treatment effectiveness and patient progress
Educate patients and promote continuation of home exercise programs to support long‑term health
Provide patient care within all guidelines of the Texas State Practice Act, Medicare, and all governing entities
Maintain efficient patient flow consistent with scheduled appointment times
Thoroughly document all clinical and administrative records, including daily notes, evaluations, progress reports, and discharge summaries
Maintain HIPAA compliance at all times
Follow company guidelines for accurate billing of clinical and non‑clinical services
Support clinic mission, policies, standards, and goals
Participate in workshops and community education events as needed
Skills & Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current Texas PT license (or license‑eligible)
Preferred: at least one year of outpatient neuro or orthopedic experience, or vestibular rehab experience
Passion for vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall‑risk patient populations
Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a semi‑autonomous outpatient environment
Able to carry out and progress skilled treatment plans with confidence
Self‑motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally
Excellent communication, organizational, and patient‑education skills
