Non-Invasive Cardiologist opening in MissouriFull timeSpringfield, MoA Non-Invasive Cardiologist is sought to lead a Heart Failure Program within a well-established and expanding cardiology service in Springfield, Missouri. This leadership-focused opportunity offers a balanced mix of outpatient heart failure care, non-invasive imaging, and limited inpatient responsibilities, supported by a robust multidisciplinary cardiovascular team.Practice Overview Join a comprehensive cardiology team including:
Interventional and non-interventional cardiologists
Electrophysiologists
Cardiothoracic surgeons
Vascular surgeons Cardiology clinics and heart failure services are conveniently located adjacent to the main hospital campus Supported by 17 cardiology advanced practice providers, offering outpatient assistance and 24/7 inpatient coverage Practice based at the flagship hospital within a multi-hospital system; no travel requiredClinical Responsibilities Lead and support the outpatient Heart Failure Clinic Perform and interpret non-invasive cardiac imaging, including echocardiography and nuclear cardiology Provide weekday inpatient coverage as part of a shared call model Call schedule includes 1:8 evenings and weekends, limited to a single hospital Collaborate with a high-volume interventional program performing thousands of cath lab procedures annually, including advanced structural heart interventionsAcademic and Professional Opportunities Optional participation in teaching medical students and residents Optional involvement in clinical researchReferral Network Large regional referral base serving 20+ surrounding counties, supporting strong patient volumesCompensation and Benefits Highly competitive compensation with strong earning potential Flexibility to tailor the practice to support desired work-life integration Comprehensive benefits package Sign-on bonus Relocation assistance Continuing medical education allowanceQualifications Board certified or board eligible in Cardiology Fellowship training in Heart Failure or demonstrated leadership experience preferred* Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Missouri
