Required Qualifications

State licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-NJ)

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Social Security Number (SSN) must be provided

Date of Birth (DOB) required

Complete work history with no more than 30 days of gap

One reference available from entire work history

Minimum 1 year experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

Preferred Qualifications

Travel experience

Experience in rehabilitation and Optima programs
