We are seeking motivated, compassionate, and forward-thinking
New Graduate Occupational Therapists
to join our growing Home Care team in Long Island, Brooklyn, Queens, and Manhattan. As a new grad at Metro, you'll receive individualized mentorship, hands‑on learning opportunities, and the resources you need to confidently transition from student to practicing clinician. You’ll work in a supportive environment alongside skilled therapists, with a collaborative team that truly values your growth.
Qualifications
Graduated from an Occupational Therapist Program
Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of New York or eligible
Mandatory certifications: First Aid, AED, and CPR
Home‑health experience preferred but not required; a mentor will assist with documentation and compliance
Ability to travel to patients’ homes within the assigned geographic territory
Strong communication skills with patients, support staff, and management, including timely responses via text, email, phone, etc.

– No prior home‑care experience required; we provide tools, training, and support.
1‑Month Shadowing Period
– Structured introductory month before independent treatment.

– Manage your own schedule (no nights or weekends); see patients in your geographic area.

Compensation & Benefits Summary
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $85,000.00–$95,000.00. Salary is based on relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job‑related qualifications, and geography. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits are also available, subject to the terms of the Company's plan.
