Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Hospice Clinical Manager to lead our clinical team. This role is responsible for overseeing patient care services, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting staff in delivering exceptional hospice care.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily clinical operations and hospice staff (RNs, LVNs, CNAs)
Ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to hospice regulations
Provide leadership, training, and support to clinical team members
Coordinate care plans with interdisciplinary teams
Monitor patient outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives
Maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines
Qualifications:
Active RN license (required)
Minimum 2–3 years of hospice experience
Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong knowledge of hospice regulations and standards of care
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Compassionate, patient-focused mindset
