Job Description
The Registered Nurse will provide quality healthcare in a Med/Surg Telemetry unit, responsible for patient care, medication administration, maintaining high standards of care, and floating to other Med/Surg units as needed.
Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult and geriatric patients.
Administer medications and perform patient assessments.
Coordinate patient care with healthcare team members.
Maintain patient records and documentation using EHR (Meditech).
Qualifications
Current RN license to practice in Tennessee.
BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications required prior to start.
Minimum of 1 year of Med/Surg experience preferred.
Must have IV insertion skills.
Compensation
Pay package based on 12‑hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week, tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
