We are seeking a Full Time Experienced Veterinary Assistant to join our AAHA‑accredited general practice. Surgical experience is required.
This is an excellent opportunity to use your skills while working with a rapidly growing team of veterinarians. Our state‑of‑the‑art facility includes digital radiology, whole‑body imaging, dental, cold laser therapy, ultrasonography, and a dedicated surgical suite. You will be challenged to grow and learn with a team that fully supports you.
What You’ll Do
Patient assessment and recovery
IV fluid administration and CRI calculations
Hands‑free radiology and diagnostic imaging
Client communications and discharge procedures
Qualifications
Prior experience in surgery, anesthesia, and nursing care
Strong analytical thinking to determine patient needs and disease process
Excellent communication skills and positive multitasking capability
Mature, dependable team player with interest in leadership
