Provide support to physical therapists in outpatient settings.
Help patients perform therapeutic exercises and instruct on the use of equipment.
Monitor patient progress and report observations to the supervising therapist.
Maintain a clean and organized treatment area.
Assist with administrative tasks such as record keeping and scheduling.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
Current Florida PTA license.
Strong communication and teamwork skills; basic computer skills.
Experience with outpatient therapy is preferred.
CPR certification is helpful.
Work History: should not be more than 30 days of gap in the last 7 years.
References: 1 reference in the last 12 months.
Preferred Qualifications
Travel experience is preferred.
Pay and Benefits
Pay Rate:
$1556.00 – $1603.00
per week (estimate).
