Role Overview

As our Lead Building Automation Technician, you’ll take the helm on diagnosing, programming, and integrating Building Management Systems (BMS) and HVAC controls. You’ll work hands‑on with DDC controllers, low‑voltage wiring, system graphics, and cutting‑edge platforms such as ABB/Cylon, Distech, Johnson FX, Tridium, and Honeywell. Responsibilities
Diagnose and troubleshoot Building Automation Systems (BAS)
Program and configure DDC controllers and HVAC controls
Integrate BMS platforms such as ABB/Cylon, Distech, Johnson FX, Tridium, Honeywell
Work with low‑voltage wiring and system graphics
Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to optimize building performance
Qualifications
Valid driver's license & insurable driving record
Experience with MS Visio
Experience with controls (DDC, PLC, Ladder Logic)
5+ years diagnosing, programming & repairing BAS
Experience with Cylon/ABB, Ditech, Honeywell, JCI is a plus
Tridium Niagara and N4 certification is a plus
Hours
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM – occasional overtime and weekends as needed.
