Call Center Representative

We are hiring for multiple departments and seeking career‑minded individuals for a 6‑month contract‑to‑hire opportunity. Training and cross‑department experience included.

Customer Accounts Representative

Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM

Two late nights weekly (11 AM–8 PM, never Fridays)

Every other Saturday, 8 AM–12 PM

One week per month shifts to 7 AM–4 PM + Saturday 7 AM–12 PM

Role: Light collections (1–29 days past due), assisting customers with payment updates, login support, and general account help. No heavy collections.

Customer Care Representative

Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM

One Saturday per month, 8 AM–12 PM

Role: Inbound customer service assisting with payments, account questions, website access, and general support.

Credit Department Associate

Flexible schedule; mandatory overtime as needed

Currently two Saturdays per month, 8 AM–12 PM

Role: Review and verify leasing/purchase contracts, make 10–15 outbound calls to dealerships, enter customer data, assign account numbers, and organize contract documents. No inbound calls.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree highly preferred (Associate’s or 1–2 years experience acceptable)

Strong communication, customer service skills, problem‑solving, and attention to detail

Experience in customer service, call center, auto finance, or data entry is a plus

Job Type & Location: Contract to Hire position based out of IRVING, TX.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $23.50/hr.
