Nanny, you'll be instrumental in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that supports the development and happiness of children. With at least two years of childcare experience, you'll bring energy, responsibility, and dedication to fostering each child's growth and safety.
Compensation
$16 - $19 hourly
Responsibilities
Provide attentive supervision and care for children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and physical development
Prepare nutritious meals and snacks suitable for children’s dietary needs
Assist with daily routines such as bathing, dressing, nap times, and playtime
Maintain a clean and organized environment by performing light cleaning and tidying up after children
Support children with preschool activities, toddler care, infant care, and developmental milestones
Administer basic first aid when necessary and handle minor emergencies efficiently
Collaborate with parents to follow specific care instructions and communicate daily updates on children’s progress
Qualifications
Proven experience working with children across different age groups, including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and children with disabilities
Knowledge of childcare best practices, including child safety protocols and developmental activities
Ability to perform first aid confidently and respond calmly in emergency situations
Skilled in meal preparation tailored to children's nutritional requirements
Experience with caregiving tasks such as diapering, feeding, potty training, and supervising playtime
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with parents and other caregivers
Ability to maintain a clean environment through light cleaning duties related to childcare
Enthusiastic teaching skills to support early childhood education initiatives
Compassionate attitude with patience and understanding for children’s individual needs
