This is a temp-to-hire with the eligibility of full-time permanent placement.

We are seeking an experienced, hands‑on Field Service Foreman to support daily field execution for a growing metal fabrication company. This is a working foreman role responsible for leading crews in the field, helping close out jobs, removing bottlenecks, holding installers and subcontractors accountable, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.

This position supports Project Manager and serves as a field leader to help keep operations moving. When crews are running smoothly, the Foreman is expected to step in and assist with production, closeout items, punch work, and job completion as needed. This role may also backfill and support the Project Manager / GM when they are out or when additional field leadership is needed. Company truck is provided for work use.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Conduct jobsite visits, progress checks, and quality inspections to ensure jobs are being executed correctly and completed to company standards.

Support labor efficiency and profitability by helping ensure installers are working effectively, minimizing downtime, and staying aligned with billable expectations.

Coordinate with office staff and leadership to ensure job notes, photos, documentation, and field updates are accurate and current.

Help train, coach, and develop installers in field execution, company processes, and daily performance expectations.

EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in welding and metal fabrication.

Ability to lead in the field while also stepping in hands‑on to support job completion when needed.

Must be organized, dependable, and capable of managing multiple jobs and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Valid driver's license required.

Must be able to pass a background check.
