Electrician (Journeyman or Apprentice)
An established, well-respected, and growing Electrical Company has an immediate opportunity for a qualified Journeyman (licensed in the state of Arkansas) or Apprentice Electrician with Two-Three (2-3) years of experience. Our company is a recognized leader in the industry with a reputation built on quality, reliability, and trust.

Pay range: Journeyman $30-35 per hour, Apprentice (2-3 years) $25-27 per hour.
We work on 10% residential, 60% commercial and 30% light industrial.
Essential Responsibilities
Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring systems.
Install circuit breakers, transformers, generators, and security systems.
Start‑up and commissioning of EV chargers.
Install panels, conduit feeders, branch circuits, devices, lighting, and fixtures.
Understand and read plans, drawings, specifications, and work orders to determine work requirements.
Work on Electric EV Chargers.
Organize work and complete commercial electrical projects from start to finish.
Continuously update knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
Essential Qualifications
Arkansas licensed Journeyman Electrician or Two‑Three (2‑3) years as Apprentice Electrician.
Experience working on residential, commercial or industrial electrical projects.
Self‑motivated, capable of working as a team with limited supervision.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Professional customer service and positive attitude.
Willingness to work in all aspects of industry residential and service work.
Basic math skills.
Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.
Ability to bend small and large conduit.
Underground electrical experience is a plus.
Experience with 480 volts.
Demonstrated ability to problem solve complex control systems and fix the problems.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Knowledge of safety procedures.
Knowledge of Electric Code and relevant local codes.
Own hand tools.
Clean driving record.
High School Diploma or GED required; Trade School is a plus.
