Position Summary
The Pharmacist is responsible for ensuring the safe, accurate, and efficient dispensing of medications while delivering exceptional patient care in a retail pharmacy setting. This role provides prescription verification, medication counseling, immunization services, and support for health and wellness initiatives. The Pharmacist works closely with pharmacy technicians, store leadership, and healthcare providers to maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, uphold company standards, and promote a positive customer experience. Key responsibilities include interpreting and verifying prescriptions, preventing drug interactions, overseeing pharmacy workflow, resolving insurance issues, and maintaining accurate records. The Pharmacist also engages in patient education, medication therapy management, and supports vaccination and clinical service programs. Success in this role requires strong clinical knowledge, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

What You Will Bring
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution.
Active, unrestricted pharmacist license in the state of employment.
Immunization certification (e.g., APhA or state-recognized equivalent).
Medication Therapy Management (MTM) certification where applicable.
2‑5+ years of retail pharmacy experience.
Knowledge of state and federal pharmacy regulations, HIPAA, and controlled substance laws.
Familiarity with third‑party insurance processing and reimbursement practices.
Salary range: $101,920.00 - $127,400.00
