Experienced Service Technician
Dealership: L0825 Elk Grove Subaru, now part of Lithia & Driveway (LAD), one of the nation’s largest and most respected automotive groups. We are seeking an Experienced Service Technician to join our growing team. What You Will Do
Perform high‑quality vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs.
Inspect and evaluate vehicles to ensure safety and performance standards.
Document repair recommendations and completed work with precision.
Collaborate with Service Advisors and fellow technicians to deliver outstanding customer experience.
Stay current with Subaru and LAD training, tools, and technology.
What We Are Looking For
Minimum 3 years of professional automotive technician experience
Subaru experience preferred (but not required)
ASE certifications a plus
Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
A positive attitude and commitment to quality workmanship
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
