Description of the Role
The Automotive Technician role at Classic Kia of Smithfield involves performing routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, ensuring their safe and efficient operation.
Responsibilities
Conducting vehicle inspections and diagnostic tests to identify issues and determine necessary repairs
Performing maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements
Repairing or replacing vehicle parts and systems, such as brakes, engines, and electrical components
Keeping accurate records of all services and repairs performed
Collaborating with other team members to provide excellent customer service
Requirements
Prior experience as an Automotive Technician
Automotive experience necessary
Proficient knowledge of automotive systems and repairs
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
Ability to work well in a team environment
Valid driver's license
NC State Inspection is a plus
