Title : Float Certified Nurse Assistant
Work Status : Non-Exempt, FT
Rate of Pay : $20 - $26, depending on experience
Work Schedule : Monday - Friday, 37.5 hrs/wk.; 3PM - 11PM
Shift Differential : $1.50 per hour after 3PM
Radford Green is recruiting for a hospitality-focused CNA to join our team. This position provides direct nursing care to residents and delegates and supervises the care provided by our Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants. All private rooms, beautiful environment with tenure staff.

Responsibilities
Assists residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, toileting and exercising.
Gives treatments, performs tests, carries out procedures and collects specimens as instructed.
Reports and records observations and results of treatments, tests, procedures and specimens when indicated.
Transfers, transports and escorts residents as needed.
Answers signal lights promptly.
Changes bed linens, makes beds and keeps rooms clean and orderly.
Qualifications
Successful completion of an Illinois State approved nursing assistant training program. Prior geriatric nursing aide experience is preferred. Registration with Illinois State registry required.
Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicate effectively, and perform simple arithmetic. Ability to document care given.
