Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
to provide high-quality
geriatric psychiatry and behavioral health services
in home, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing settings.

What We’re Looking For
Active
PMHNP-BC license
Experience in geriatric psychiatry, SNF, ALF, home-based care, or community psychiatry
Strong diagnostic and medication management skills
Ability to practice independently while contributing to a team-based model
Leadership potential with interest in growing a successful patient panel

Base + Productivity Compensation Model
Structured onboarding and mentorship
Pay Range for Posted Region: $110,000 - $150,000 USD
