The Email Marketing Specialist is responsible for the creation, delivery, and reporting of our email marketing program. Must be able to create email campaigns and landing pages, distribute emails in a timely manner, monitor results, manage lists, and provide reports to key stakeholders.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop email campaigns and supporting landing pages across ESPs

Design and implement automation funnels when possible

Analyze campaign results and make recommendations

Utilize A/B testing and other best practices to improve campaign performance

Evaluate impact of campaigns on customer behavior (purchase conversion, traffic, etc.)

Evaluate ROI of campaigns and overall impact of email channel

Stay current on email marketing industry best practices and utilize those findings to improve the program

Ensure that emails are follow brand standards, are mobile-optimized, and provide an excellent user experience

Collaborate with internal team on various projects

Other responsibilities related to the ongoing management and improvement of the email and digital marketing program

Requirements:

Must have 2+ years experience in creating and delivering emails in the business environment

Experience in email creation, including successful campaigns created from scratch using HTML and other editors preferred

Experience with Dreamweaver and Adobe Creative programs

Proficient in web analytics tools

Skills:

Working knowledge of HTML

Ability to write successful subject lines and email copy

Familiarity with ESPs, including previous experience working with one or more ESP preferred

Microsoft Excel skills for reporting and data analysis required

Excellent organizational skills required

Ability to work on numerous concurrent projects

This role requires creativity and strong attention to detail

Education/Certifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a comparable concentration preferred
