Role Description
This full‑time Leasing Agent role is an on‑site position located in Charlotte, NC. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for engaging prospects, demonstrating available units, and addressing their inquiries to ensure a seamless leasing process. Daily responsibilities include managing leasing applications, conducting tours, maintaining resident relationships, and ensuring a high standard of service. Additionally, the Leasing Agent will support marketing efforts by promoting the property to attract potential residents and achieve occupancy goals.
Qualifications
Proficiency in client relations, sales techniques, and marketing strategies
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage leasing documentation
Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Working knowledge of property management software and platforms is a plus
Previous leasing or residential real estate experience preferred, but not required
