
Manufacturing Technician (3rd shift)

Overview
We are looking for a 3rd shift Manufacturing Technician to support the production of pharmaceutical products. In this role, you will help operate equipment, follow procedures, and maintain cleanroom standards to ensure safe and high-quality production.
Schedule:
3rd shift (4x10)
Pay:
$22.00/hour
Location:
Dayton, OH
Key Responsibilities
Follow written procedures (SOPs) to complete assigned tasks
Set up, clean, and operate manufacturing equipment
Monitor production processes and report any issues
Accurately document all work according to company and regulatory standards
Perform cleaning and sanitization of work areas
Wear and maintain proper cleanroom gowning (full protective gear)
Follow all safety guidelines and company policies
Assist with process improvements and validation activities as needed
Complete other tasks assigned by your supervisor
Skills & Qualifications
Basic understanding of GMP manufacturing or sterile processes (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues
Good documentation and organizational skills
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for long periods
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment wearing full protective gear
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required
1-3 years of GMP manufacturing experience
