Job Summary
Support a healthcare network migration project by managing clinical devices, ensuring proper configuration, connectivity, and seamless integration.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory and configure
clinical/medical devices
(including radiology)
Provide
technical support
and resolve tickets within SLAs
Troubleshoot device and
network connectivity issues
Maintain
service documentation
and reports
Collaborate with teams/vendors and ensure
HIPAA compliance
Required Skills
2+ years in
biomedical / field service / clinical support
Experience with
medical devices & EMR/PACS/HL7 systems
Basic
networking knowledge
(IP, subnet, connectivity)
Valid driver’s license + own vehicle (mandatory)
Preferred
Experience with
Siemens, GE, Philips devices
Exposure to
Epic / Fuji Synapse
Experience in
multi-site healthcare environments
