Physical Therapist – Travel (Johnstown, PA)
TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13‑week assignment in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, starting ASAP. The role requires 40 hours per week (8 hours per day) and is a travel employment type.
Responsibilities
Oversee supervising PTAs, support staff (therapy technicians)
Bill within the respective setting, following guidelines within settings for facility
Understand the respective PT board's rules and regulations, complying within respective state
Interface with Medical Center personnel and physicians to ensure team‑focused plan of care
Understand adaptive equipment
Evaluate and create a plan of care
Modify plan of care as indicated based on patient's condition
Use Medical Center computer systems in performance of daily tasks
Provide timely and accurate documentation following state and/or insurance guidelines
Qualifications
1 year of experience (6 months acceptable for an exceptional candidate)
Must have BLS and state‑specific licensing
Ability to stand and walk for long periods, bend, lean or stoop without difficulty
Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology and medical terminology
Must have 6 months of experience; new graduates encouraged to apply
Requires BLS, 2 Years
* Additional certifications may be required before beginning an assignment
Pay & Benefits
