Bilingual Youth Care Worker
Location: Canyon State Academy, Queen Creek, Arizona.
Pay
$23.74 an hour. Schedule includes 4 hours of guaranteed overtime each pay period.

What You Will Do
Youth Care Workers work directly with the youth providing supervision. They ensure the day‑to‑day schedule is followed and may also supervise youth in school, take them to medical appointments or outings.
To Be Considered You Should
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Bilingual in Spanish and English.
Have at least 1 year of experience working in a child welfare or agency setting.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry.
Schedule
Two Shifts:
Shift A: Sunday to every other Wednesday 7 a.m. – 8 p.m. or 8 a.m. – 9 p.m., with a 1 hour break each day.
Schedule is subject to change based on the needs of the program.
