Job Overview
Role: Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist.
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Duration: 13 weeks.
Shift: 12 hours per night (3 nights a week), 36 hours per week.
Travel assignment for a travel agency.
Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and recommend treatment plans.
Provide respiratory care to patients with critical and complex medical and surgical conditions.
Perform insertion and removal of endotracheal tubes.
Perform timely and accurate documentation.
Promote continuous quality improvement.
Teach and counsel patients and families.
Qualifications
Proven experience as Respiratory Therapist.
Minimum 2 years of work experience.
Active CPR or BCLS certification; BCLS, ACLS, PALS, NALS, or NRP preferred.
Excellent communication skills with staff, physicians, patients and families.
