Float Pool Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA

Overview
Float Pool CNAs will work full-time. The full-time position requires flexibility and availability for all rotations at three centers. Rotations are eight weeks in length at the following North Carolina centers:
Meridian Center (High Point, NC)
Abbotts Creek Center (Lexington, NC)
Siler City Center (Siler City, NC)

Responsibilities
Certified Nursing Assistant – CNA float nursing pool opportunities are available at multiple affiliated skilled nursing centers. Work a minimum of two shifts a week, including every other weekend, or full‑time hours depending on open shifts.
As a Regional Float CNA, you will deliver efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction. You will also perform various patient care activities and related non‑professional services essential to caring for the personal needs and comfort of our patients.
Qualifications
Successful completion of a state‑approved CNA program and current certification required.
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language to ensure the safety and well‑being of our patients and visitors and respond to their medical and physical needs.
