We have clients in Blanchard, Avis, and Lockhaven looking for care. Full‑time and part‑time opportunities are available for Home Health Aides. As a member of our personal care and companionship team, you will work one‑on‑one with clients, receiving training, flexibility, and a supportive team that values your contribution. This role serves several counties in BAYADA’s ACSP Division.
Responsibilities
Follow a written plan of care created by a registered nurse to provide personal care, household support, and companion care for adult clients.
Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, and related needs.
Provide household support: light housekeeping, laundry, bed making, and other tasks.
Prepare and serve meals and assist with feeding.
Perform range‑of‑motion and exercise routines.
Help with ambulation and transfers, including use of mechanical lifting devices.
Provide medication reminders.
Qualifications
Previous home health care or patient care experience is welcomed but not required; on‑the‑job training is provided.
A passion for caregiving and a genuine desire to help others.
A commitment to being present, professional, and delivering quality care.
Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect for all clients.
Ability to travel to client homes as assigned.
