The Rundown
Rocky Mountain Portables is growing fast, and we need solid drivers who aren't afraid of hard work. We are rolling out our "RMP Elite Driver" fleet and using mobile routing apps to be the most reliable site services crew in Idaho. We believe in keeping our trucks clean, doing the job right the first time, and rewarding the guys who make it happen. No micromanaging—just get your route done and done right.

Responsibilities

Run Your Route: Safely drive a company pump truck on a local daily route (starts at 6:00 AM).

Do the Dirty Work: Pump waste, clean and sanitize the units, restock 3 rolls of toilet paper, and handle quick fixes on the spot (like swapping out a busted toilet seat).

Use the App: We use a mobile app to run our routes. You'll need to access GPS and snap a "Proof of Service" photo on stops.

Take Care of Your Rig: Keep the cab free of trash, wash the outside weekly, and do your daily pre‑trip inspections. Your truck is your office.

Pay & Perks
We pay a solid hourly rate, but we also want to put extra cash in your pocket for doing a great job.

Overtime: During peak construction season, expect to work 45 to 55 hours a week. Everything over 40 hours is time‑and‑a‑half ($30.00 - $36.00/hr).

Monthly Accountability Bonus: We pay a monthly cash bonus if you hit your "Core 4" metrics: 100% app usage/photos, no safety screw‑ups, no valid customer complaints, and showing up on time.

The "Hat‑Trick" Bonus: String together any 3 perfect months in a row hitting those metrics, and we hand you an even bigger bonus check.

Home Every Night: These are local routes only.

Qualifications

A valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record. (CDL isn't required, but if you've driven bigger rigs or pulled trailers, that's a huge plus).

Clean background check and drug screening.

Comfort using a smartphone to run your route and take pictures.

Willingness to work outside, whether it's 100 degrees or freezing rain.

The physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, wrestle hoses, and jump in and out of a truck 40+ times a day.

A good attitude. You'll be dealing with Site Supers and event folks, so you need to keep it professional.

Company Culture
We drive reliability, cleanliness, and motivation. No micromanage. Just get your route done and done right.
