Weekend Shift Caster (3am-3pm)

Sign‑on bonus $1,000; quarterly bonus plan 5%.

Responsibilities
Interpret melting and casting specifications for an Air melt unit.
Set up air and/or vacuum unit to meet required melting parameters.
Tolerate high heat temperatures and handle molten metal.
Lead the pouring process.
Perform functions of a Shell Puller and a Patch & Wrap Operator as needed.
Maintain excellent attendance.
Follow written procedures and standard work.
Maintain a clean, organized work area.
Comply with all safety, DOT, HAZMAT, and environmental policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications And Experience
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
Forklift license may be required.
Entry‑level experience; foundry experience preferred; prior manufacturing experience a plus.
Working Conditions
Frequently work near moving mechanical parts.
Physical effort includes lifting, pulling, reaching, manipulating, carrying, pushing, or shoveling.
Manufacturing requires repetitive motion of hands, wrists, and arms.
