About the Role
As an ASE Master Automotive Technician, you will play a key role in performing advanced diagnostics and complex repairs while supporting and elevating the overall performance of the shop. This role is ideal for a highly skilled technician who takes pride in solving complex problems, values quality over speed, and contributes to a strong, team-oriented culture.

You will work closely with leadership and a team of technicians, helping maintain high standards across all aspects of shop operations while delivering exceptional service to customers.

Key Responsibilities

Perform advanced diagnostics across mechanical and electrical systems

Execute complex repairs including engine, transmission, suspension, and drivability issues

Deliver high-quality workmanship with strong attention to detail

Communicate diagnostic findings and repair recommendations clearly with team and customers

Support and collaborate with a team of technicians to maintain workflow and quality standards

Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient shop environment

Contribute to overall shop performance, culture, and continuous improvement

Requirements

Approximately 10 years of hands-on automotive repair experience

ASE Master Certification (A1–A8 preferred)

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting expertise across multiple vehicle systems

Commitment to quality workmanship over high-volume output

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
