Hiring event Monday, April 27th from 6am to 2pm. Millwrights earn $33.38 to $38.69 per hour.

Position
Millwright/Maintenance Technician – Sonora, California.
Responsibilities
Maintain and repair all mechanical parts and machinery in a manufacturing facility.
Troubleshoot, install, replace, and repair machines and equipment, including mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Dismantle machinery and equipment, locate causes of malfunction or breakdown, replace parts from stock or fabricate replacements as needed.
Fabricate machine components for repairs and improvements of mechanical devices.
Conduct and assess diagnostic tests to ensure optimum system functionality.
Assemble, install, and proactively maintain mechanical systems, machinery, and equipment for efficient operation.
Operate arc welder, cutting torch, hand tools, forklift, and welding truck.
Fabricate, weld, mill, and lathe as required.
Perform general maintenance safely and maintain a clean work area.
Work may include various shifts and overtime, including weekends and holidays during busy production times.
Qualifications
2 years of recent verifiable related work history or equivalent education.
Proficient in welding, cutting, and using hand tools for repairs.
Working knowledge of hydraulics, pumps, motors, gearboxes, conveyors, and bearings.
Ability to recognize, report, and repair mechanical defects.
Industrial mill maintenance experience is a plus.
