Position:

Inventory Control Specialist

Job Responsibilities

Enter and update inventory transactions in the ERP system (receipts, transfers, production usage, adjustments, shipments)

Review daily inventory activity and reconcile discrepancies

Assist with cycle counts and physical inventories

Maintain organized electronic and physical inventory records

Generate routine inventory reports (daily, weekly, monthly)

Support production and material flow to minimize downtime

Assist with audits, reconciliations, and inventory-related investigations

Train team members on inventory procedures and best practices

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

2+ years in inventory control, manufacturing, warehouse, or operational role

Basic ERP knowledge and intermediate Excel skills

Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Ability or willingness to operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts)

Fluent in English; Spanish a plus

Pay and Benefits
Pay Details:

$18.00 to $24.00 per hour
