Enovia PLM Implementation Solution Manager

Objective
Lead end-to-end implementation of 3DExperience module rollout at enterprise level in partnership with vendor, business, and internal IT teams. Strategize, plan, and execute workshop and implementation activities by capturing tasks and creating a work breakdown structure. Align with project stakeholders for resource commitment and manage vendor engagement to ensure timely and quality deliverables. In-depth knowledge of the 3DExperience platform architecture, security model, functional modules, schema, and integration capabilities is required.

Job Responsibilities

Lead Enovia 3DExperience module and new PLM capability implementations with KLA business SMEs/Process Owners, PLM IT team, and extended IT teams by driving decisions and developing a detailed execution plan.

Lead cross‑functional and cross‑team discussions to plan data migration, configuration development, and system integration infrastructure needs for the project.

Conduct project due diligence with business, SMEs, and IT to scope work, uncover risks, and estimate resource needs.

Communicate project status regularly to project stakeholders, the PMO office, and business track owners.

Create a detailed project plan with task‑level information, phases, milestones, and critical‑path items to provide visibility to stakeholders.

Actively manage day‑to‑day project activities, updating the project plan, AIDRs, and to‑do lists during daily status update meetings.

Coordinate activities with Enovia PLM, extended IT teams, and vendor to execute data migration from the source system.

Plan new configuration activities with the vendor and coordinate with the PLM team for application testing and with business for UAT.

Plan Go‑live cutover activities with business, IT, and vendor, obtaining agreement from all involved teams.

Develop a Go‑live readiness plan for post‑Go‑live application support.

Manage cutover activities for the application rollout to end users.

Manage project risk and budget regularly.

Present project progress to the project steering committee.

Attend and present project status weekly to the IT PMO.

Remote working: Monday and Friday only.

Office in‑person meetings: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Required Skills

10–12 years of IT experience managing business applications at enterprise level, preferably 3–5 years in Enovia PLM.

5–7 years of active project management experience at enterprise level leading PLM application projects with deliverables and budget responsibilities.

3–4 years of experience managing cross‑functional teams in a matrixed structure.

Familiarity with enterprise business applications such as CRM, ERP, SRM, and Oracle ERP.

Ability to drive consensus between project tracks and teams for alignment.

Excellent critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.

Ability to work on challenging projects with people in various locations worldwide.

1–2 years of experience designing and configuring Enovia PLM application (preferred, not required).

Ability to lead teams without direct authority.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Ability to organize information into concise summaries for broad audiences.

Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and manage time and priorities to meet deliverables.
