Key Responsibilities
Prepare survey drawings and integrate them into model templates using AutoCAD.
Manage incoming and outgoing calls with Zoning, Health, and Building Departments.
Update project statuses in the Designers Daily Log and on the Team Task Board on Monday.com.
Respond to customer email requests for CAD design changes, revisions, and follow‑ups, as assigned by the CAD Manager.
Generate and organize PDF files from AutoCAD designs as required.
Create site plan layouts for houses, buildings, septic systems, and drainage plans using AutoCAD.
Maintain and update company design templates to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Perform other related duties as assigned to support the CAD and design team.
Position Requirements
Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
Skilled in Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong sense of urgency with a commitment to high‑quality work.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Customer‑focused with consistent and timely follow‑through.
