Our Charlotte office is growing, and we’re looking for an Executive Recruiter with experience in Agency Recruiting or Sales/Business Development. If you thrive in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment this is your chance to join a collaborative, high-performing team and make a real impact.
What You’ll Do:
Manage a full desk by supporting clients, driving business development, and guiding candidates through the entire recruiting process—from sourcing to placement.
Cultivate lasting relationships with clients and candidates to become a trusted partner in their growth and success.
Collaborate with leading companies to deliver tailored Accounting & Finance talent solutions that make an impact.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong business development instincts and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and organized, with a drive to achieve goals.
Passion for results and making a lasting impact.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Schedule & Location:
Hybrid schedule: 3 days/week in our beautiful Uptown Charlotte office.
Competitive base salary + commission structure.
