Target Experience
1–3 years of experience working in an IT role (help desk, IT support, systems administration, etc.)
Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows computers and common business applications
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (user management, email support, Teams, SharePoint basics)
Basic understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VPNs)
Experience supporting end users in a business environment
Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical staff
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day IT support for field staff employees
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Set up and configure laptops, iPads, iPhones, user accounts, and new employee onboarding
Escalate complex technical issues appropriately to internal leadership or external IT partners when necessary
Assist with management of Microsoft 365 users and devices
Maintain company IT equipment and device inventory including but not limited to, mobile devices, laptops, iPad, Starlinks, 360 cameras, badge printers, ect.
Document solutions and assist with improving IT processes
Environment
Our company primarily operates on Microsoft technologies with Dell hardware and Windows devices. This role will work closely with me to support daily IT operations and ensure our employees have reliable technology.
