We are seeking a detail-oriented
Electroplater
to perform a wide range of
electroplating processes
on a variety of metals and parts. This role involves preparing and maintaining plating solutions, working from technical documentation, and ensuring quality results through careful inspection. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, dependable, and takes pride in producing consistent, high-quality work.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Perform electroplating processes according to standardized methods
Maintain plating solutions per required formulas
Inspect parts and plating solutions to ensure optimal results
Follow specifications, work orders, and instructions for each job
Identify and reject parts that do not meet quality standards
Adhere to all safety protocols and chemical handling procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Compensation:
Pay will be offered based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications.

Skills/Qualifications:
Prior plating experience required
Comfortable using Excel, Outlook, and Word
Ability to lift and move 3040 lb boxes regularly
Fluent in English (verbal and written)
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong understanding of safety procedures and chemical handling
High school diploma or GED required
Experience in the jewelry industry
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
Experience operating manufacturing machinery
