Job Overview
HRIS Analyst
– Eastvale, CA | Pay: $40.00–$50.00 per hour | 1st Shift, Temp 6-month project.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field
2+ years of Workday HCM / HRIS experience, including exposure to Benefits and Payroll modules
Prior experience in HRIS ticketing/support environments
Strong understanding of HR processes and data workflows
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
High attention to detail and data accuracy
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and cross‑functionally
Comfortable in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment
Preferred Qualifications
Workday certifications (HCM, Benefits, Reporting Pro) strongly preferred
Experience with Workday reporting, dashboards, and calculated fields
Exposure to HRIS support in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments
Key Responsibilities
Serve as primary HRIS ticket handler, resolving issues across Workday HCM, Benefits, Payroll, and related HR systems
Provide support during annual open enrollment, including testing, configuration validation, and data reconciliation
Partner with HR, Benefits, and Payroll teams to troubleshoot employee and system‑related inquiries
Develop, maintain, and enhance Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields
Assist with system testing, documentation, and HRIS process improvements
Identify recurring system issues and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy
Ensure data integrity and compliance across HR systems
