Job Description
Create high-quality architectural visualizations, renderings, and animations for various projects.
Work closely with architects and designers to understand project requirements and design intent.
Utilize 3ds Max, V-Ray, Enscape, Rhino, Photoshop, and After Effects to produce photorealistic renderings and animations.
Optimize workflows and techniques to ensure efficient production of visualizations.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in visualization software and techniques.
Collaborate with the design team to explore different design options and concepts through visualization.

Architecture background required.
Junior to Senior level experience.

Business Hours
Regular business hours are 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with flexibility to accommodate assignments requiring additional hours. A flexible work arrangement is offered, including the ability to work from home on Mondays and Fridays, though an in-office presence is strongly encouraged.
Paid Vacation and Sick Time
After four months of employment, employees accrue 1.54 hours per week, equivalent to 80 hours per 12 months. Vacation time may be used ahead of the calendar year up to the maximum annual allowance. Unused vacation time at year’s end cannot be carried over to the next year. Paid sick/excused time amounts to 40 hours per year, cannot be used in lieu of vacation, and cannot be carried over.
