Litigation Secretary

A well-established law firm in San Diego is seeking an experienced Litigation Secretary to support attorneys in a busy, fast-paced practice. This is a full-time, fully onsite role for a seasoned professional who is confident managing litigation workflows and providing consistent attorney support.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day administrative support to litigation attorneys

Prepare, revise, and format legal documents and correspondence

Handle e-filing and document management

Manage calendars, deadlines, and scheduling

Organize and maintain case files

Communicate with clients, courts, and outside parties as needed

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a litigation secretary

Strong document formatting and organizational skills

Familiarity with court filings and legal procedures

Ability to manage multiple priorities independently

Professional communication skills

Comfortable working onsite in an office environment

Salary range: $90,000–$110,000 depending on experience
