Customer Service Delivery Advocate

We're looking for Customer Advocates with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to build an exciting career at Carvana – the fastest-growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history. Whether it’s delivering happiness to customers on the driveway or getting involved in the local community, our Customer Advocates lead the charge in reintroducing happiness into the car-buying process.
Shift Requirement
The hours for this position are from 7 am – 5 pm, 9 am – 7 pm or 11 am – 9 pm. Team members must be available to work 7 days a week, with days off rotating between weekdays and weekend days.

Pay range: $24–$26 hourly
Starting pay: $24/hr
At 3 months: $24.50/hr
At 6 months: $25/hr
In the first year, you can progress from $24/hr to $26/hr through our performance-based Careers Not Jobs program, which provides four merit opportunities annually. Eligible team members can enjoy an additional $0.50 increase in their pay every 90 days. Market operations may offer other performance-based incentive programs specific to your location.

About The Role
Deliver vehicles straight to customers’ doors with our custom car haulers (a commercial license is not required; training will be provided).
Frequently load/unload vehicles onto the hauler; physically demanding work.
Complete customer paperwork and include thorough notes in our tracking system.
Consistently drive safely and maintain a clean driving record per Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.
Must obtain a notary in your local jurisdiction within the first 90 days (state-specific requirements).
Must satisfy state-specific requirements related to accessing DMV/title and registration systems.
Illinois, Michigan, Louisiana, and Missouri employees must obtain a chauffeur’s license or other state specialty license within the first two weeks.
California employees must obtain a vehicle verifier license within the first 90 days.
General Qualifications And Requirements
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (detailing, loading/unloading, outdoor and indoor conditions, occasional inclement weather).
Ability to stand, walk, and sustain physical activity for 8+ hours.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Fine motor skills for handling 50‑lb items.
Excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity for frequent driving; reasonable accommodations may be granted to individuals with disabilities.
