The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of products within the warehouse. This role involves pick/pack operations, palletizing goods for shipment, operating various warehouse equipment, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
Key Information

Pay: $24.00 to 29.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities for the Warehouse Clerk

Pick/Pack Operations

Accurately pick items from inventory based on customer orders.
Pack products securely to prevent damage during shipping.
Label packages with shipping information and ensure proper documentation.

Palletizing Goods

Organize and stack products on pallets for shipment.
Ensure pallets are stable, secure, and meet shipping standards.

Equipment Operation

Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, scissor lifts, and cherry pickers.
Perform regular equipment checks and report any maintenance needs.

Inventory Management

Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and transactions.
Assist in managing stock levels and reordering supplies as needed.

General Warehouse Duties

Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
Assist with receiving and unloading incoming shipments.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.

Qualifications for the Warehouse Clerk Role

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a Warehouse Associate or similar role.
Must have experience with forklift operation
Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, scissor lifts, and cherry pickers.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to [specific weight]).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
Capacity to perform physical tasks that require repetitive motions.
Able to lift up to 70 pounds.
