Your responsibilities will also include collecting and delivering essential supplies and documents, creating keys, and assisting with various office tasks. You'll interact with clients and team members in a courteous and respectful manner, contributing to our positive and collaborative culture. Responsibilities
Use a personal vehicle that can accommodate 4 tall signs (4ft tall x 3ft wide laid flat)
Hammer signs into the ground occasionally
Put combo locks on the property
Must keep mileage log and timecard
Document work as completed
Take Inventory
Qualifications
Ability to lift 10 lbs and carry that weight from the front yard to a waiting car
Climb a 4 ft ladder
Have vehicle insurance
Have great communication and prioritization skills
