Ross Stores - 1388 East Main Street - Responsibilities: Maintains a visible command presence at store entrances/exits and on the sales floor to deter theft.; Provides customer service and interacts with customers in a courteous and professional manner.; Partners with Store Leadership to ensure compliance with Loss Prevention directives and minimize shortage.; Trains and educates associates on shortage reduction initiatives and proper checkout procedures.; Monitors for potential safety issues and ensures a safe and secure store environment.
