Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Lead to drive end-to-end implementation and optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong functional expertise in Core HR processes, hands-on configuration skills, and proven leadership experience managing global teams and stakeholders.
Description:
Lead end-to-end Employee Central implementation
Facilitate design workshops and define solutions with business stakeholders (Explore phase)
Oversee system configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment
Ensure solution quality and alignment with business requirements
Manage risks, issues, and project dependencies for the workstream
Support data migration activities and validation
Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders
Drive adoption of SuccessFactors leading practices
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations
Proven experience leading at least 2 full end-to-end Employee Central implementations
Current SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification - Required
Strong hands-on configuration experience (Foundation Objects, MDF, workflows, business rules)
Deep understanding of Core HR processes (employee lifecycle, organizational management)
Experience leading workshops with business stakeholders and global teams
Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (onshore/offshore)
Experience with data migration and data validation
Experience with integrations (SAP CPI, APIs, middleware)
Knowledge of other SuccessFactors modules (Recruiting, Onboarding, Time, Compensation, Payroll)
Experience with reporting tools (People Analytics, Story Reports)
Spanish language skills preferred
