HRBP Director, Global Sales

This senior HR leadership role focuses on shaping and executing the people strategy for a large, globally distributed sales organization operating across multiple regions. You will act as a strategic advisor to senior sales leadership, helping translate business priorities into scalable talent strategies that drive performance, growth, and organizational effectiveness. The role combines deep business understanding with strong HR expertise to support transformation, workforce planning, and leadership development in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will operate as a key partner in designing organizational structures, improving talent systems, and enabling data-driven decision-making. With a strong focus on global alignment, you will support change management initiatives while ensuring consistency across regions. This is a highly influential role where your insights directly impact revenue growth, sales productivity, and organizational success.
Accountabilities:

Serve as a strategic HR partner to global sales leadership, aligning people strategies with revenue growth and business transformation objectives
Lead workforce planning and organizational design initiatives to support scaling across a 500+ employee global sales organization
Develop and execute talent strategies including succession planning, leadership development, and capability building for critical roles
Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure strong pipeline health and alignment with evolving sales organization needs
Use data, analytics, and AI-enabled insights to forecast talent needs and inform workforce and organizational decisions
Support change management efforts related to restructuring, digital transformation, and AI adoption across global teams
Provide executive coaching and advisory support to senior leaders to enhance leadership effectiveness and decision-making
Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and People teams to ensure alignment on operating models and organizational priorities
Translate complex business and people data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for leadership
Requirements:

10+ years of experience in HR business partnering or equivalent roles within global, fast-paced, high-growth organizations
Strong background supporting sales organizations, ideally within SaaS, CPaaS, or other technology-driven industries
Deep understanding of sales operating models, revenue drivers, and performance levers across enterprise and SMB segments
Proven experience in workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy at scale
Strong ability to influence senior executives and operate as a trusted strategic advisor
High proficiency in using data, analytics, and AI tools to inform HR and business decisions
Experience leading or supporting large-scale change management or transformation initiatives
Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and drive outcomes in complex environments
Experience working across global, multi-regional teams preferred (NAMER, EMEA, LATAM, APJ)
