Job Description
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning all phases of commercial construction projects in a timely and cost‑effective manner. This role involves risk management, quality, and safety considerations. You will also be tasked with estimating, budgeting, organizing, scheduling, and implementing all assigned projects.

Conduct risk management assessments for all projects.
Estimate and budget project costs.
Organize and schedule project timelines.
Implement project plans effectively.
Coordinate meetings with stakeholders and team members.
Essential Skills
Proven project management experience with at least 2 years in the field.
Proficiency in project coordination and estimation.
Experience with Bluebeam software.
Familiarity with Procore software.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Commercial construction experience is preferred, but residential experience will also be considered.
Work Environment
This position requires in-person attendance and offers a great company culture.

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60,000.00 - $100,000.00/yr.
